To create the best possible design, please make sure to follow these recommendations when uploading your image:
- Please don’t use blurry, dark, or pixelated images.
- Try to upload a photo that is as close to the face as possible (avoid full-body or distant shots).
- Make sure your face is well lit, with no heavy shadows.
- We will handle the cropping and adjusting to make it look perfect in the design.
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG. Maximum file size: 20 MB.

The final print quality of your product will depend on the quality of the photo you upload — especially the clarity and visibility of the face.

Because each item is made-to-order and fully personalized just for you, we require a bit of time to carefully create it.
Delivery is typically completed within 12 to 15 business days.

Want to use more than one photo? You can do so at no extra cost.
Simply follow these steps:
- Upload your first photo and select the quantity (minimum of 10 per photo).
- Add it to your cart.
- Repeat the process with a second photo and add it to the cart as well.
- Complete your purchase once all your items are ready.
You can also include different product types (like drink stirrers and cupcake toppers) in the same order.
