  •  What kind of photo should I upload?

    To create the best possible design, please make sure to follow these recommendations when uploading your image:

    • Please don’t use blurry, dark, or pixelated images.
    • The person should be looking straight ahead — not in profile.
    • Try to upload a photo that is as close to the face as possible (avoid full-body or distant shots).
    • Make sure your face is well lit, with no heavy shadows.
    • We will handle the cropping and adjusting to make it look perfect in the design.
    • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG. Maximum file size: 20 MB.

    If your photo exceeds the 20MB upload limit, please
    send it to our email thefavorsvault@gmail.com
    along with your order number.

    Please Note:

    The final print quality of your product will depend on the quality of the photo you upload — especially the clarity and visibility of the face.

  • Can I customize the designs?
    Absolutely. Most of our products can be personalized with names, dates, colors, and more. Just check the customization options on each product page.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Processing time typically takes 9-12 business days before shipping. Custom orders may take a bit longer depending on complexity.
  • Do you offer rush orders?
    Yes, we do! Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and additional fees for rush processing.
  •  What materials do you use?
    Our products are made with high-quality acrylic printed by a UV procces , which is durable, lightweight, and stylish.
  • Can I use the stirrers in hot drinks?
    Yes! Our acrylic stirrers are safe for both hot and cold beverages.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we offer shipping within USA , Canadá , Mexico and selected international destinations. You’ll see options available at checkout.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
