Make sure the photo is not blurry or pixelated. The clearer the image, the better the final result.

Close-up photos that show the person's face and shoulders work best — especially for our small-format items like drink stirrers.

✔ One person per image

If you're uploading a photo with more than one person, please make sure to clearly indicate who should be used, or crop the photo before uploading.

Avoid overly edited or filtered photos. We want your keepsake to look timeless and accurate.

✔ Clear intent
